Mad Dog Sports Flag Football program is the premier NFL Youth Flag Football league for boys and girls in Grades 1 - 8. Our league is an official program of NFL Flag. Every athlete will receive a NFL team jersey, and flags.
The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork. Players develop skills that will help them succeed on and off the field. Flag football teaches football fundamentals; running, passing, receiving and defending. Games involve non-contact rules that eliminate all forms of blocking and tackling.
Fall League Games will be played on Weekends (Sept. 7th - Oct. 27th) at Alexander Hamilton HS, Elmsford New York. PRICE INCREASES TO $280 on August 1st.

Mad Dog Player Registration Agreement - Terms and Conditions:
I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement (this :Player Registration Agreement"), and agree, warrant and covenant as follows: 1. PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE. i certify that I (i) am the parent or legal guardian of the child ("Participant") being allowed to participate in the Mad Dog football program (the "Program"), as part of a Mad Dog league or camp or clinic or event administered by a local organizer; (ii) am of legal age and am freely signing this Player Registration Agreement without any inducement or assurance of any nature; and (iii) have read this form and understand that, by signing this form, I may be giving up certain legal rights and remedies. I agree that the term of this Player Registration Agreement are biding on both me and the Participant. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. In return for the Participant being allowed to participate in the Program, I release and agree not to sue Mad Dog Athletics, LLC and each of their respective employees and volunteers.
