Mad Dog Sports Flag Football program is the premier NFL Youth Flag Football league for boys and girls in Grades 1 - 8. Our league is an official program of NFL Flag. Every athlete will receive a NFL team jersey, and flags.
The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork. Players develop skills that will help them succeed on and off the field. Flag football teaches football fundamentals; running, passing, receiving and defending. Games involve non-contact rules that eliminate all forms of blocking and tackling.
Spring League Games will be played on Friday Nights (April - June) at Delfino Park, White Plains NY

Mad Dog Player Registration Agreement - Terms and Conditions
I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement (this "Player Registration Agreement"), and agree, warrant, and covenant as follows:
PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE
I certify that I:
(i) am the parent or legal guardian of the child ("Participant") being allowed to participate in the Mad Dog Athletics, LLC football program (the "Program"), which may include leagues, camps, clinics, or events administered by a local organizer;
(ii) am of legal age and am freely signing this Player Registration Agreement without any inducement or assurance of any nature; and
(iii) have read this form and understand that, by signing this form, I may be giving up certain legal rights and remedies.
I agree that the terms of this Player Registration Agreement are binding on both me and the Participant.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In return for the Participant being allowed to participate in the Program, I, on behalf of myself, the Participant, and our heirs, executors, and assigns, release and agree not to sue Mad Dog Athletics, LLC, and each of their respective employees, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives ("Released Parties") for any liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in the Program, including claims based on the negligence of the Released Parties.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I acknowledge that participation in the Program involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Program and accept full responsibility for any harm that may occur.
MEDICAL CONSENT
I grant permission to the Program to provide emergency medical care to the Participant in the event of an injury or illness. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of the Participant’s participation in the Program.
CODE OF CONDUCT
I agree to ensure that both the Participant and I adhere to the Program’s Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of participation without refund.
MEDIA RELEASE
I grant permission for photographs, videos, and other media of the Participant taken during the Program to be used for promotional purposes by Mad Dog Athletics, LLC.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
I acknowledge that I have read this Player Registration Agreement, understand its terms, and agree to them knowingly and voluntarily. I understand that by signing this agreement, I may be giving up legal rights, including the right to sue the Released Parties.
